The staff were amazing and always welcoming, especially IIigel, and the service was very fast and perfect; I also appreciated the follow‑up after check‑out, with Serena taking the time to ask about my experience and get back to me. The hotel area is lovely, cozy, well‑organized, and very clean, making everything excellent and giving me a truly pleasant stay. I highly recommend it! The only suggestion is that the smaller pool could look better if the green tiles were changed to blue, making the water more beautiful and inviting.

The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Maroun went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, well‑maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The only downside was the loud, energetic music at the pool during the day; it would be better if the volume were lower or if calmer background music were played to create a more relaxing atmosphere for guests who want to unwind.
