“It was short (1 night) but sweet. Was picked up by our Pro Tour bus very early in the morning”

They gave me a lift to the hotel, which was a relief. The spot is right by a bunch of restaurants and the St. Albert Saturday market, so I could wander around without a hassle. The only thing that fell short was breakfast – I’d have loved a quick bite before heading out. Even a muffin would have been a nice touch, and a cup of coffee in the lobby would have made the morning a lot better.

For the price I paid, the place was solid. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and everything worked as expected. No complaints, just a good bang for the buck.

“Would not stay here again”

The first room they handed me had a strong, unpleasant smell – like body odor. They swapped it for another, but the building feels old and tired. You can hear noise from the next door, upstairs, and even the doors in the hallway. The air‑con is loud too, so it’s hard to relax.

The location is great and the price is reasonable, but the restaurant only opens for a few hours, which is a bit inconvenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, and there aren’t enough power outlets or charging ports for everyone.

The hotel sits in a nice area with plenty of parking and good lighting. The furniture feels a bit dated, but that’s not a deal‑breaker – it actually adds a bit of character. Overall, a pleasant stay.
