The location was decent, the staff were very helpful and answered every question, the room felt comfortable and larger than expected, the cleaning was tidy, and even though we were on a high floor the lift speed and its operation were sensible; overall a very good experience that I’d recommend to friends.

Breakfast was included, but although I understand the rush in the morning, after finishing my meal and sorting the trash the staff simply snatched the tray from my hands without saying anything, which was disappointing.

Breakfast and staff service were good, but the room had a bad odor.

The place felt clean and had all the necessary facilities for a stay, but when the adjacent car park fills up you have to walk to a farther lot; it’s not far, yet the lack of an elevator can make it tough if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel sits close to Toyata‑shi train station, so no taxi is needed; the breakfast selection was very limited, though that was known beforehand.
