Some kind of bed bugs bit me all over and caused a huge allergic reaction; I wrote to them that evening because it started right when I got into bed, but they didn’t respond. I had driven about 1000 km and didn’t have the energy to look for another place, yet this was disgusting, painful, itchy. Please be careful with this one unless a month of itching is your goal 😭😭😭

The location is good. The room is nice. There is no elevator to the 5th floor. Cleanliness was okay but could be better. Towels were clean but already completely old and frayed. The air‑conditioning only worked after asking. Before that, in the 5th floor with a glass front, it felt like 100 °C. The shower made us worry that the shower tray might break.

The room was good and clean, and we hardly saw any staff. The colleague at the desk was friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. The location was central and everything was within walking distance. The stay was pleasant.
