The location is good, but the last‑minute apartment swap was unannounced until I tried to contact them; the alternate unit had no windows, no ventilation, and was very noisy.

The room is very, very spacious, clean, and comfy—perfect for families. The stickers on the glass panels at the door entrance are peeling, letting people see inside; please replace them ASAP.

The location and size of the room were fine, but the TV was never allowed to be turned on and stayed off for the whole four‑day stay, and there was no staff at the front desk to ask for assistance.
