The location is fantastic and the staff are friendly and approachable. The restaurant was fully booked, the dishes were delicious, and the wine was good for a reasonable price. Breakfast ran from 9 to 10, so we didn't enjoy it that first day; it didn't suit us. We recommend 8 to 10 for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was excellent with a nice wine list.

While I was looking forward to a pleasant stay, I was disappointed to find that the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations. During my visit, there was a lot of ice outside, and I didn't see much effort from the staff to make the walkways and stairs safer. To make matters worse, the TV in my room wasn't working properly.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I found the hotel to be closed and unresponsive, with phones that just played music. As a result, I had no place to stay and ended up driving back to Prague around midnight, which was a truly terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
