The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus it’s very close to the airport. When we arrived there was no one, we had 2 rooms booked and one of them had no key and no latch. The other room had the bathroom outside the room, so we had to go out to the hallway (full of mosquitoes) to use the bathroom. Also there were no sheets.

The description on booking sells a dream and absolutely does not match reality. Contrary to what the site says, there is no refrigerator in the room, no washing machine, no dryer, let alone a bathrobe and slippers and so on. We never had the color of breakfast, even though it was included in the service.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. There was no clear point of contact, which made it almost impossible to communicate or get help. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the property was filthy and in a bad state, looking more like a derelict building than a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

I went to the property at 2.30 pm there is no one at the property I called the number no answer I waited until 3 pm I am disappointed
