Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of top‑quality products. However, both the room and the bathroom were rather small for a 4‑star hotel, and even the basic furnishings felt lacking. The staff were very friendly and the cleaning was good.

Warm welcome to this lovely hotel. The room was very well presented and featured a small balcony. It is a short walk outside the walled town, which might explain why it is nice and quiet. Playing the piano in the lounge was not permitted.

The comfort and elegance of the furnishings (perhaps some paintings to add movement to the walls, though a bit retro) were impressive, along with the silence and cleanliness. A minor update of the bathrooms (already very clean) and the faucets, which feel a bit dated, would add value.

Great location. The thick TV had a poor signal, and the structure feels somewhat old.

The staff were outstanding. The stairs were a drawback.
