The view and location were very relaxing because it was surrounded by greenery. The mosquitoes were a problem; a pest control would have helped. If the breakfast had been freshly prepared—milk and a pastry—it would have been better.

Lovely setting, clean rooms, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The dogs around were always a big plus!

What an amazing spot! The view of Orvieto is truly fantastic. Breakfast on the private terrace makes it even better. The car can be parked nicely under a kind of canopy. The bed is comfortable, dark, and quiet. The air‑con is in the living room, but keeping the bedroom door a bit open lets enough fresh air in to keep it cool. A 10‑minute drive to Orvieto and about a minute or 20 to Bolsena. For us it was the perfect base. The only downside was the limited kitchenware and uneven cleanliness, but that didn’t bother us much.

The location with a view of Orvieto was very nice. Having a car let us visit nearby places comfortably; the internal parking was also great. We liked the apartment’s space and the breakfast snacks. Nothing to complain about.

The serenity and silence. A place of maximum relaxation just outside Orvieto’s center. A few mosquitoes, but that’s normal for an agriturismo. The personal care items were scarce, and I would have preferred separate shampoo and shower gel.
