“Propriétaire réactif, Guesthouse confortable”
The owner is amazing—every time we had an issue, he responded within minutes. The rooms and dorms use codes, so no keys or cards are needed. The shared kitchen lets you use the fridge by labeling your items with the provided tags, and the water fountain is really handy. The showers have everything you need to wash. Watch out for the toilet paper; too much can clog the toilet. The washing machine is self‑service, but you must respect the hours—no use at night, and midday is reserved for the cleaning staff after departures. The dryer works the same way. We stayed in room N°7 and were very satisfied with the space, desk, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, two comfortable beds, air‑conditioning, and plenty of power outlets. The location is great, close to several attractions (SEA LIFE, the beach, etc.), bus stops that go to many places in Busan (Lotte World, Gamcheon Village, Busan Tower, etc.), and the subway is a 3‑minute walk away. A small highlight: the restaurant right next door is really good and affordable. Some guests find it a bit awkward to live in a shared setting, but that’s unrelated to the place. I have nothing negative to say about this spot! If I could give one tip, it would be to invest in a kitchen hood.
