I was very happy staying at Hotel Samsan Residentia; it was very comfortable, the service from the HK team was good, and the hospitality was excellent.

Arriving at the hotel around midnight, we received our keys but the staff ignored our luggage. Hello later explained how the hot water worked and then left. We had to call him again because the washroom lacked a hand wash. The washroom had no locks, and you must inform other family members if you’re going to use it. The app claimed the hotel offered room service and a kitchen, yet they only served tea and coffee; everything else had to be ordered in. The TV was broken, so we asked for a room change the next day. After several reminders and hours, we got a new room where the TV worked but only a few Telugu channels were available. In that second room, the washroom jet was still broken, so we complained again and after more reminders it was fixed just before checkout.

This place is great to visit, the rooms are awesome and the facilities are good. The food feels homely. The rooms are very neat and clean, and breakfast is excellent.
