The cleanliness was good, the staff were cooperative and friendly. I booked because there was a night club and bar, but they were closed and we couldn’t leave; the hotel was the only one in the area, but the surroundings felt lifeless. The entrance and exit to the jacuzzi had different levels, no safety rails or non‑slip flooring, and a special staircase that forced you to stand on one wet foot while the other tried to step out, creating a serious fall risk. The hotel room had multiple levels that made you stumble twice at night when using the toilet, and my wife also had no entertainment in the courtyard unless we kept hiring taxis.

I loved many aspects of the Climax Berlin. The room was spacious, consistently clean, and tidy. The indoor pool, multiple snooker and pool tables, and especially the jacuzzi just a few feet from the bed were game‑changing features—no other Pattaya hotel offers that. The location was nice and quiet, yet only 10 minutes from nightlife. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, and the owner was delightful, always making me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. The only issue was a faulty shower head on arrival, but after pointing it out they replaced it with a brand‑new one and everything was fine.

It looks nice, but that’s about it. When I was there, there was almost no one. I had to wake up the staff when I arrived, and the bar area and so‑called pool were closed. I left a day earlier because the beds were very hard; I couldn’t sleep well and I’m used to sleeping on a floor or very hard surface, so this might suit you. As a hotel, it didn’t meet my expectations; if you’re going there to party it can be fun, and you can also book a room for a night. It’s a shame they didn’t tell me the facilities were practically closed that week, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone.

The place was quiet, the bar mostly shut down probably because of the low season. The room was spacious, had a yacucci, and everything worked fine. The bed felt a bit too firm, which was a bummer, and the curtains were too light‑transmitting; they could be darker.
