I liked the location and the condition of the facilities, but the customer service and problem handling were bad. My access code never worked; I called three times to report it and never got a solution, so on my last day I had to wait about 15 minutes outside because neither the emergency phone nor the house bell answered. They also told me that the house bell doesn’t work, which seems impossible for a lodging stay.
“Soy discapacitada”
Every time I go to Guadalajara I stay there, but I’m done. I can’t climb stairs easily; I asked to be placed on the ground floor, but when I arrived the key didn’t open. I called and was attended an hour and a half later, while I was outside. The lady who attended me was very rude and didn’t respect my request because I booked through Booking and not directly with the stay, so the stairs caused me a lot of pain. I’m disabled.
“Lugar agradable y cómodo”
The area is residential and very nice, the parking lot is very spacious, the room is also very large and bright and had a mini‑fridge, and food options are relatively close. The place is also very clean with beautiful décor. The internet fails a lot, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, but the pressure and temperature were good. Other than that everything was fine; we stayed only one night and were comfortable.
The location is good and they accept pets, but the interior windows in room 2 were not cleaned properly.

The decor is very mid‑century and the rooms are well proportioned, and it was relatively quiet. The shower head could have been better; otherwise, no complaints.
