They swapped my cabin for a supposedly better one, but it didn't feel any better. It wasn't the cabin I had chosen.

The reception service and cabin cleaning were excellent, and the location was great. The bathroom design didn't match the cabin; it's not bad, just a personal taste thing.

The cabin was amazing, though the kitchen could use more utensils. The management was lacking and there was a lack of information.

The location and facilities made the place peaceful. When we arrived, we were told our cabin would be in a different subdivision than the address advertised. They should be more careful about insects; there were spiders and one even bit one of our companions (nothing serious because the spider was non‑venomous). When we mentioned it to the staff, they just brushed it off, saying there were no venomous spiders and that it was nothing to worry about.
