Location,staff. Designed in different levels, difficult to reach at restaurant all the time

Firstly Staff was really good and polite we have met Resort Manager and Staff they were very welcoming and try and get you all the information necessary. I would rate more than 10 for the room which we were in it was huge clean and had a jacuzzi. Nice view from the suite. Place is very calm and maintained well. Personally Food was good if u are opting for Ala carte buffet was Ok. Nothing much
