The hosts were very friendly and the location right on Via Toledo was great! The room was modern and tidy, and sharing the kitchen was a bonus. I’ll definitely come back. The sink in the shared area was often dirty, probably because of other guests. It would have been nice if the room had a small fridge for groceries.

The place is in a nice spot, not too commercial, about 30 m from the market on Via Pignasecca (really nice). The Toledo metro (super convenient from the main station) and Montesanto station are literally steps away. We stayed in room 1, a lovely corner room with a small rack to hang clothes, and it was air‑conditioned for the scorching July days. They let us leave our luggage in the common area until we left. I chatted with the manager on WhatsApp, who was always there for check‑in, paperwork, and to show us how to get in. We stayed three nights; the room wasn’t cleaned, but we didn’t need it (just ask the manager if you do). Everything was perfect for our needs.

The spot is great, close to the metro and Via Toledo, and a 15‑minute walk from the port. The room is perfect, with everything you need.
