The restaurant food was good and the breakfast in the morning was excellent.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very spacious, breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good; the local church rang its bells all the time but didn't disturb most sleepers.

The bar, reception, and the lady who served breakfast were all very friendly and efficient, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The Full English and Eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully, though the Full English is definitely for those with a hearty appetite—absolutely amazing! There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely staff, food and great bed! Rooms all have a theme which is unique. Bathroom was tired and could do with a spruce up but did not affect our stay
