Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, very quiet despite the busy area, and secure with an extra door lock and door chain. Staff were attentive, and I was offered a ground‑floor room when my walking stick was spotted. The air‑con fan was a bit noisy, but we turned it off. Room 103.

Nothing positive. I couldn’t check in because the computer failed and staff couldn’t help; after more than an hour they told me to go to another hotel. Two days later I still hadn’t received a refund.

The spot was spotlessly clean and spacious, and everything was exactly as expected—nothing to complain about.

The room was a good size and comfortable, and the price was very competitive. The A1 services next door were an added bonus.

Everything was fine, and there were no issues.
