The value for money was great and the location was very good. Some of the facilities were a bit old-fashioned and cramped.

We loved our stay. The hotel has an excellent location, the heated pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and complete. Everything was very comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

The whole experience was consistent. I have nothing to say about it.

I liked the hotel’s facilities overall, especially the pool. We had a lot of rain, so having a restaurant inside the hotel was a bonus. There are breakfast slots, which felt a bit strict for vacationers, but I understand it’s an organizational issue since there were many guests.

It’s a good spot to get to Colonia del Sacramento – it’s close to the bus and ferry terminal, and you can walk there – and it’s also a convenient base for exploring the city’s historic, eye‑catching part. Because it’s not directly in that area, it’s also a place to relax. Something I hadn’t seen before but found suitable was that only a few items at breakfast were ready to eat. Most food had to be ordered from hotel staff – and you had to eat it on the spot – which I think helps reduce waste. Another feature I’ve never seen elsewhere but was here was the temperate pool. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor one – it’s really effective for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The reviews I read before arriving mentioned that the hotel was old‑fashioned. That’s not a problem for me because it works fine. What you should be aware of is that the hotel has apparently grown by adding nearby buildings – which are interesting from a heritage perspective – but this affects the floor levels because the site is sloped. The elevator only reaches a certain floor, and from there you have to walk down steps to reach a room. Personally it’s not an issue, but for someone with limited mobility or heavy luggage it could be difficult. I’d suggest anyone in that situation contact the hotel in advance to arrange suitable accommodation.
