The little wooden hut concept and its décor were great, and the location was spot on. The hotel’s front‑side facilities made up for the simplicity of some amenities. It sits at the end of a short street that cuts through a quiet, authentic neighbourhood, and there are two small, local restaurants that are very affordable and delicious. The bathroom fittings could use a refresh, and the curtains need a new look.

The location was good, but the staff never made our bed or changed our towels during the three days we were there.

Keep in mind this isn’t a local business; the accommodation matches the photos, is well maintained, and very comfortable, and the staff are lovely, especially chatting with Ilham, though the air conditioning didn’t work very well because the electrical supply isn’t strong enough—not the hotel’s fault.

Nice pool, fun bar, good breakfast, but the mattresses were very soft and sagged, and we missed a mini‑fridge and some storage space for clothes in the room.
