The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the refrigerator was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept me cool all night. Breakfast was okay, just enough options to satisfy and fill me up for the morning. The dining area was clean. The water in the restroom tub gets too hot.

The room had a strong odor in the morning, which was uncomfortable; the windows can't be opened, so ventilation is an issue.

I liked the location and found the property convenient, though it was a bit pricey. I was upset when the staff and management refused to refund the unused days after my work assignment ended, telling me I could check out but not get money back; it took a week to resolve through customer support, and I never want to book there again because they contradicted their own policy and it felt like theft. The staff were generally fine, but the cleaning lady kept entering rooms whether the door was closed or I was inside, which I didn't appreciate.

Everything was perfect during our 4 nights: warm, smiling welcome, attentive floor staff, very quiet hotel, generous breakfast, and we lacked nothing. Thank you.
