“Overall good experience with few hiccups”

Overall, the property was great, clean, and the staff were friendly. It sits on the main road in a good area, making it easy to walk to everything you need. The cleaning lady and other staff were also very friendly. Breakfast had something new every day, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room was clean, spacious, and met expectations. However, during my stay the property was undergoing maintenance/construction, producing constant noise from 10 am to 5 pm; this was not mentioned before booking and caused problems because I was on a workation. The main road location also makes it noisy if you open the window, otherwise it’s fine. There is no proper gym at the property; the gym mentioned is just a small closet‑sized room with two almost non‑working machines. The pool was good, but it closes at 7 pm, which feels early for a place in Pattaya. I expected a fully working kitchen in my room, but it only had a hot‑water kettle, microwave, and fridge.

The new property was fully renovated and great. It was clean, updated, had a lovely pool, and the staff were happy to help, making the room very inviting.

I’ve booked here twice now, and each visit has been fantastic; the front desk and housekeeping were brilliant, so I’ll keep coming back whenever there’s a room available. I couldn’t find anything I disliked about the property.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious, and the microwave and coffee maker worked well. We were a bit disappointed that extra charges applied to a friend who came for a visit or a meeting.
