Dust was present in the rooms, and I was told to have breakfast in the kitchen where there were rubbish bins and it was separated from other guests who could eat in a nice lounge.

The location was good, the room was air‑conditioned and comfortable, and the décor was very personalized. The small garden was pleasant but needed more lighting. The welcome was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast consisted of industrial products in tiny portions, which needs improvement as other guests have noted. There is kitchen access, but it’s a shame that the stove cannot be used, and this was not mentioned in the listing.
