“Agradable”

The water smelled like rusted pipes, the bathroom was slippery and had no grab bars, and the water stayed stagnant; they forced us to eat scrambled eggs, which I didn't like and couldn't swap. We ordered lunch and an extra fish soup, but asked multiple times not to serve the soup early, yet it never arrived on time. The hotel looks nice and the beaches are spectacular, but these issues need fixing. Also, if a room is for two people, they should provide two key cards for entry.

It was good; there were service details one expects, like kindness and a willingness to help beyond the norm, such as delivering beach towels before the scheduled time. On the holiday, breakfast had no drink options except coffee. A fridge in the room would be nice. The food was tasty, but the breakfast was lacking; many people left it, and it should be a highlight for locals. The rest was fine. Thanks.

Everything was in order and the staff were very attentive when attending to us. The menu of food and drinks is very limited; it should offer more options.

The beach, breakfast, and piña colada were great. There were only three breakfast choices, so a long stay could get tiring. There was construction and a lot of noise, which is temporary but should be considered. They should post real photos of the double room, for example.
