The staff were super accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was superb and delicious. I also want to mention that I left my Kindle behind after checkout and they rang us after we had left to let us know to come back and pick it up, which was super honest of them and I really appreciated it. The hot water was also a big plus. After having a shower the water from the bathroom leaked into the room; the design hasn’t been well thought of or planned. The hotel could have also been cleaner and I had to ask for towels, which wasn’t a big issue but they should have been there. Also no sockets near the bed.

The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful ✨, but the hotel sits a bit away from Mall Road, requiring a 10‑minute walk to get there.
