Everything was absolutely amazing at Dar Dounia; we were completely delighted. The setting is beautiful and atmospheric, yet the real gem is the staff—simply incredible. They assisted with hotel issues and even helped us navigate the city, offering route suggestions, advice, and constant availability. Their responsiveness and genuine Moroccan hospitality made the trip perfect. Highly recommend—a well‑deserved 5 stars!

I appreciated the staff’s friendliness, the décor, the helpful information, and the free SIM card – everything was superb. The only downside was that our room didn’t have a patio window, though we did get a small lounge with a skylight on the ceiling.

The experience at Riad Dar Dounia was outstanding from booking to checkout; the staff was incredibly attentive and fulfilled every request, and the breakfast and facilities were fantastic.
