“Poco incómodo para 4 adultos”
The location was great. The room was a bit uncomfortable for four adults, and there were no furnishings to store items inside the room, especially in the bathroom.

The spot was super convenient, just a few steps from the center and key sights, with everything you could need close by. The room was comfortable and the bathroom brand new. A special shout‑out to Marco, the owner, who was genuinely helpful and tried to accommodate us despite a rocky start. Still, the stay didn’t fully meet our expectations; several aspects fell short of what we had anticipated and we had to negotiate with the owners to honour what was agreed. Traveling with a little girl, certain practical needs were crucial. It would have been better with more guest‑focused attention and simpler issue resolution.

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, and the price was very good. The room door was very sound‑proof and right next to the reception, so you could hear all the conversations from the front desk. The ceiling light could also be a bit brighter. Other than that, the price was fair.

The location was excellent, the room was spacious with a brand‑new bathroom, and the affiliated breakfast bar was very good.

The room was ideally located for exploring Palermo, had plenty of space, and the bedding was comfortable. The layout was a bit unusual – it’s actually a large room (well organized) inside what looks like an old apartment, so you can hear other guests entering their rooms too. The kitchen has a stove and a microwave but no cookware, so you can’t really cook on the premises. Finally, breakfast isn’t on site; it’s in a café/bar two minutes on foot from the accommodation, where you can grab a drink and a pastry.
