Cleanliness and comfort were great. I asked staff to arrange a taxi because I was a foreigner and didn’t understand the language well, and they told me I had to book it myself.

I appreciated the self‑check‑in and found the mattress very comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and spacious.

The location was good, but the hygiene and cleanliness were unacceptable—from the mattresses to the shower, the shared sofa, the smelly air‑conditioner, the broken chair, the door that wouldn't open or close, and the non‑working TV. The owner responded poorly to my concerns, saying the price was low and that I could have gone elsewhere for higher rates. There was also an unmarked video camera in the common area. I can agree that the price is reasonable, but the promised basic services must work and a minimum level of cleanliness is required (see photos).
