The staff and facilities, like pools and gym, were great. The only thing I disliked was how insufferable some of the other guests were. I think some of them have either been in Canggu long enough for the main character syndrome to affect their critical thinking and capacity for respect. Obnoxiously loud motorbike riding down the otherwise peaceful driveway, whistling and yelling at 3am, and a complete lack of respect for other guests. Which is no fault of Kumeya. These types of people need to stop treating Bali like their own personal rodeo ground.

The staff were friendly and the pool was a highlight, and the laundry service was handy, but the rooms had dampness and the bathroom felt unclean.

The location and facilities were good, yet the room had no Wi‑Fi and the staff couldn't fix the internet issue all day; mobile reception was also absent.
