“Relaxing, comfortable, friendly enviornment”

The hotel felt very secure and secluded even though it’s in the middle of town, and the on‑site restaurant was great, especially because we could pay through our room bill. Vegetarian options were plentiful, and the staff were very helpful arranging massages, surf lessons, tours, airport taxis, and more. Everyone was friendly and ready to assist whenever we needed it. They offered us an air‑conditioned ground‑floor room at a different price when we arrived, which we appreciated because we hadn’t noticed the price difference when booking online. The downside was that the hotel’s layout didn’t include elevators or paved sidewalks, so those conveniences were missing.

“Muy limpio y ordenando todo”

The hotel was very good, the facilities were clean, the staff attentive, and the location central and close to the beach. The showers and guest bathrooms were very clean. The main issue was that the rooms didn’t have mirrors inside—only the bathroom had one—and because the rooms are outdoors it gets very hot, so we sweated a lot when getting ready without air conditioning.
