The overall experience was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, very well situated and a particularly pleasant spot for families. We also want to highlight the staff’s treatment, which has been wonderful at all times, close and friendly, something that definitely makes the stay much more enjoyable. The rooms are decent and comfortable. As for the food, it seemed to be of good quality, especially the dinners, which were fantastic. Another point that we liked a lot is the farm inside the hotel. It seems like a great idea, especially for children, as it lets them enjoy a different activity and have contact with animals. As constructive criticism, we believe there are some small details that, if improved, would make the experience even better. In the rooms we missed a bit more attention to cleaning, especially on the floor and some corners. Regarding the food, although overall quality seemed good and we liked the dinners, breakfasts could improve a bit. For example, during our stay the loaf bread for toast and the croissant were quite hard. Finally, we think the farm has a lot of potential, especially for a family hotel. However, we felt it needed a bit more cleaning and maintenance. We understand perfectly that maintaining such facilities requires time, staff, and resources, but we believe that taking better care of this space would make a big difference, as it is a great activity for children.
