I really love the hotel staff; they are enthusiastic and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and kind, attentive words. The room is quite nice and spacious. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Hanoi. I couldn't find anything to complain about

Room's clean and beautiful, especially the Japanese style toilet. Staff is friendly and polite. Not too far from Old Quarter and enough quiet for me. I will recommend to my friend. Nothing else.
