I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel, with a very good breakfast, and the room, including the bathroom, was clean and well maintained; the service from the sympathetic and helpful staff was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

The staff were very welcoming and kind, and the location was good—just a few minutes on foot to the port and about 15 minutes to the city centre; however, sometimes there was a bad smell in the room, and the breakfast was always the same fixed menu with no variation each day.

The hotel is well‑located with parking nearby, close to major roads for leaving the city, and the city centre is close without traffic problems; the large bed is comfortable, the room is clean, regularly cleaned, a water jug is available in the room each day, and there is air conditioning. The staff are friendly even for arrivals outside standard hours, but the breakfast is identical every day.

This was my second stay at the hotel and once again I was very satisfied; the biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely the staff, especially Sara, who is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and Ricardo is very engaged, warm, and cares for his guests, showing that he wants the stay to be as good as possible, which makes the atmosphere at the hotel exceptional. The hotel has a pleasant, hospitable atmosphere and is definitely a place I want to return to; I will surely remember it fondly and hope to stay here again someday. I highly recommend it!
