The staff were amazing even though there was a language barrier, and the coffee at reception was fantastic. The location was convenient, just a 5‑minute walk to the mall and the train station. I also appreciated the smart toilet, the massager, and the singing bow at the meditation corner, which I got to try. The room, however, lacks a wardrobe and has almost no place to store clothes; it’s a bit small but still very comfortable.

The location is great, about a ten‑minute walk to both the metro and Yongdepu train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby so you never have to worry about finding food late at night, plus there’s a water dispenser on the ground floor. On the downside, a friend mentioned that communicating with the front desk can feel like talking to a duck, requiring Papago translation, and the room is tiny with a long bench placed in front of the bed, forcing you to duck to avoid hitting your head on the TV.

Our first room was extremely dirty, and after raising this with reception, we were moved to another one - unfortunately, it was just as bad. The floors had visible dirt marks, the cupboard counter was greasy, and there were stains and grime in and around the sink. Later that night, the fire alarm went off with no staff present to assist or provide information. To make matters worse, our room key stopped working afterward. Very disappointing experience

The facilities felt fairly new, the room was spacious enough and getting around was quite convenient, but the bedding wasn’t very clean… there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover.

The location and value for money were good and the security felt solid, yet the bed gave off an odor and the water pressure was a bit weak.
