The staff and the buffet were great, though as Cape Verdeans we would have preferred more Cape Verdean food. The flies were a problem; it would be nice if every table had a fly swatter.

The staff were very attentive—better than James Beard and Michelin‑style restaurants for me. They responded immediately to any small issue without needing to be called, and they remembered my eating habits from day one, especially at the buffets, which is hyper‑rare. The only complaint is that towel hours should be expanded; we arrived late and couldn’t get a pool towel even though the pool was open.

“Uma estadia excelente num hotel lindíssimo e muito confortável.”

We really liked the hotel, the quality of the facilities, and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the beachside location is fantastic. I have no relevant negative points to mention. It was a short stay, but the experience fully met expectations.

The location was convenient, but the check‑in wait was excessive. We arrived with a confirmed email reservation, yet the staff had nothing on their system and we had to wait almost 1 hour 30 minutes for it to be updated so we could finally check in, all while our kids were exhausted from travel and no coffee was even offered.
