I was impressed by the newness of the hotel, its great views, cleanliness, and decent restaurant prices, but the real highlight was its spot right in the heart of the Milla de Oro district, close to malls, doctors, supermarkets, tours, and everything else—everything within walking distance. The staff were helpful and kind, though check‑in took a bit longer than usual because one employee was still in training, which didn’t bother us; she was also very kind. I loved the place and would definitely return. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side; I’ve stayed at at least half a dozen other hotels in the same area with larger rooms, and while it wasn’t a huge issue, it mattered for our family trip because we had a lot of luggage and there was nowhere to put it without it getting in the way. Other than that, everything was great!

The spot was great, breakfast was fine but could have had more options over the six days, staff should speak a bit more English for international guests, breakfast needed refreshing every two days, some variety was missing, and I had to ask for a receipt when checking out.
