The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we never encountered anyone unpleasant throughout our stay. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it, and the drinks and wine were also tasty. Everything was clean, the beach was beautiful and the sea was still warm at the end of September. We were three families, and we appreciated that lifeguards were posted at every slide and pool, watching everything closely and not on their phones, so we parents could relax for a moment. The program entertained us all, and we would gladly return.

Last year I came again, and this was my second visit, leaving very satisfied; the sea and beach are wonderfully beautiful, the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, and the hotel is very active and lively. The organization is so good that even though the hotel is very crowded, you never have to wait anywhere. They are completely customer‑centric. There are so many wonderful things to tell you that we will spend next year’s family holiday here again. The only downside is that Turkish is hardly used in activities and animation; I understand most guests are foreigners and multiple languages should be used, but we are in Turkish territory and that should be remembered. First use Turkish, then announce in ten different languages; that is my only criticism, especially directed at Yasin.
