I was disappointed that the photos didn't accurately represent the rooms - we were given a tiny, windowless room that we refused, and the staff eventually gave us a much better room, but at an extra cost. The staff themselves were pretty unhelpful.

The hotel's services and comfort were great, but the room lacked a window. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of natural light, but overall, the hotel made up for it with its excellent amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The shower is literally right above the toilet, which is just not ideal. And to make matters worse, it was still a bit chilly in Phan Thiet in early February, so I was hoping for a bit more warmth and comfort in my room.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bright, peaceful atmosphere in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach made for a wonderful stay. The hotel's proximity to the sea was a definite plus.

To be honest, the hotel was just okay. Nothing particularly stood out, but nothing really went wrong either. It was a decent place to stay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.
