15 m² · 1 extra-large double bed
Very beautiful surroundings, excellent kitchen and courteous service, I’ll be back next year! Best regards, Juhász Csaba from Sopron. No complaints, everything was perfect.
The owner was incredibly kind and super helpful, along with his daughter and most of the rest of the staff. With such a customer‑oriented vibe, it’s no wonder there was nowhere to sit in the evenings. The food was delicious—both the local dishes and the pizza are worth trying, especially with a shot of palinka. Even though the owner didn’t speak English, we managed everything with a mix of Polish, Hungarian, and German. The rooms were comfortable, air‑conditioned (free climate control, which isn’t a given around the Balaton), and had large bathrooms plus free Wi‑Fi. The location was great: a 15‑minute walk to the free beach, a ferry for a Balaton cruise, a shop and souvenir stalls nearby, and parking for vehicles (I was there with three friends on motorcycles). It’s a solid base for exploring the area. The only downside was a somewhat bored, poorly communicative waiter (a muscular guy) who added two extra beers to our bill. It might have been a mistake, but it happened.
“Absolut empfehlenswert”
The staff were extremely friendly, the food was really good, and the breakfast was superb. I’d recommend the omelette. When I visited the restaurant as a “guest of the house,” I even got a discount. Definitely want to come back. The only drawback was the lack of German channels on the TV, which is a “lament at a very high level.” Who watches TV on vacation anyway?
“Minden rendben volt.”
Enough. We got what we asked for. The street is clean, and there’s a great ice‑cream shop nearby. We also had dinner here, and even the kids came from other accommodations.
The bed was completely comfortable, the room was the right size, and the shower was huge—two people fit in there without a problem. Everything was spotless everywhere. Everyone was very direct, friendly, and kind. Service was quick, and the food was tasty. My personal favorite was the garlic‑cream soup and the lemonade (blueberry and raspberry). The manager always had a few kind words. Thanks! Wishing you many more beautiful summers and lots of guests!
