We liked the lobby décor, the location, and the overall vibe of the hotel. The concierge team was extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay better. Housekeeping was also excellent. The tea tray the hotel sends up to the room upon request is very thoughtful.

Location to the Lyceum Theatre. I don’t think the photos for each type of room is a fair representation. If I had seen the true size of the terrace I wouldn’t have paid £1,120 for one night, they focus too much on the premier terrace which leads you believing a private terrace would be large; it’s not. Unfortunately, I asked for something special to be arranged I.e champagne on the terrace or flowers on the bed would’ve been nice, as I booked the night for our 20 year wedding anniversary and paying that money is a once in a lifetime…. Sadly, despite booking the hotel 9 months in advance and sending emails notifying the hotel of our special occasion, nothing was arranged and reception even asked the purpose of our stay. Not impressed. The hotel has investigated this matter and I’m grateful for their response via email, but a round of drinks if we return for another stay really doesn’t make amends as our anniversary has passed now, and I could never justify paying that amount of money again just for some free drinks. Thanks but no thanks. We will not return and have not been favourable to the hotel when asked by work colleagues, friends and family

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel sits in a central location, with taxis and the tube just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent. A very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended!
