“Really loved staying here and being close to beautiful Lake Como”
It’s a bit tucked away and hard to spot at first, but this small lakefront hotel is charming and beautiful, and we loved its rustic look and vibe. It was our first visit to Lake Como, and being right in the action, close to several restaurants along the lakeside walk, was great. Walking distance to the funicular, all the ferry docks, and the shopping areas around Como. Saying it’s rustic doesn’t mean it’s not modern; it has clean, modern amenities and once you get used to the entrance, you’ll love it. There’s also a nice little buffet breakfast each morning and the friendly staff are happy to make you a cup of cappuccino. Definitely recommend. The room we stayed in was at the back of the property, so you’ll hear a lot of chatter from people leaving bars and restaurants and dozens of cars passing by late at night. It didn’t bother my wife at all, but it kept me up. My wife also mentioned that the shower had a lot of hot and cold fluctuations, probably because other rooms were showering at the same time.
