Small hotel, right in the heart of Tsaghkadzor, and it’s pretty cheap for a family. The pool is tiny, more for kids than adults, but the staff are polite and always give a heads‑up about things. Overall, a decent spot if you’re looking for a budget stay.

The room was basically empty – had to ask for everything, and not just once. Nothing was brought the first time we asked, and there was no cleaning at all. It was a real letdown.

The place is super close to the monastery and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the pool and sauna – a nice bonus. The only downside was the bed felt a bit thin, but it didn’t ruin the stay.

The facilities were fantastic – games room, sauna, and the rooms were comfy, warm, and spotless. Marine was a lifesaver, arranging ski‑lift drops and pickups, and breakfast was decent. It would be great to have a 24‑hour counter with tea/coffee or sachets in the rooms.
