The staff were very helpful on the first night, but less so the second. The room had an AC and a fan that helped drown out the noise. The area is remote, quiet, and close to the hospital. The room is dark because it has no windows, which was good for sleeping during the day to recover. The rooms are not cleaned; trash is left in the hall and towels are not replaced. The water doesn’t get hot and the shower is very small—so you end up soaking in the toilet.

The location is good. The room is too small, has no window, is very noisy—you can hear other rooms and the elevator. It wasn’t cleaned at all, and there was a kettle but no cups, tea, or coffee.

The location is very close to the SECC exhibition area, making it convenient to move around. If you miss a bus, you can walk a short distance to get there. The prices are extremely reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location in district 7, but unfortunately, it was marred by excessive noise from other guests watching a football match. The staff were nice, but I had to plug the door to block out the cigarette smoke from the room next door.
