“This is scam place and should not even be considered.”
We had no positives. When we booked, we specifically looked for a particular room. First, we couldn't reach the property because the phone number listed didn’t exist; after several emails they finally gave us a different number. The address they supplied for the reservation isn’t where the place actually is; it’s a block away from the listed location. The accommodation needs serious maintenance. The property’s condition is awful. At check‑in, the reception told us they had to reassign us because the room we originally booked had been given to other guests. The room we got was next to the kitchen, so it was very noisy. When we entered the back‑of‑house room, it was closed, smelled bad, and had hazardous wall sockets with exposed wires hanging from the walls. The bathroom had a bad odor and mould. The duvet was stained black. The room had no ventilation and smelled terrible. We immediately turned around, left the property, cancelled the booking, and booked another place right away. We didn’t take photos because the situation was too upsetting; we just wanted to leave. This place was unusable. It’s a scam, and the owners are using the platform to facilitate it. Once the client pays, they know the accommodation is substandard and they refuse to refund.
