The location was great, and the garden and outdoor areas were pleasant. The building itself needed a bit of renovation and especially a thorough cleaning. The stair railings were very dirty and dusty. The breakfast room required a deep clean of doors and windows, as it was unpleasant to eat under cobwebs and spiders that seemed to have been there for ages.
