The spot was ideal, yet the refrigerator was unusable because the electricity was cut during our absence.

“Comfortable room and bed!”

The place was in a great spot for me, with a shop nearby for diving and many restaurants around, and it was quiet enough to sleep; there were areas to hang wet clothes. I’m not sure why so many people rate it excellent—she helped me well, but the info was confusing: on the first day she said a taxi was 100 tb, then on the last day she said if there were three it was 100, otherwise 300 tb, and they only accepted cash, which I’d have preferred to change in Bangkok. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

“Many facilities but no natural light in the room!”

The location is great, on the main street but far enough from the busiest spots; you just cross the road to hit the beach. The room comes with many amenities and a kitchen you can use, which was handy for us, and the staff were nice and helpful. The main drawback was the lack of light: in room A3 there’s a blind on one wall, and except for A1, all other rooms on the narrow aisle get a little light, so we spent most of the day in darkness, which was uncomfortable.
