This is the second time we have stayed in this caravan. It has everything you need, is clean and is in a great location. You have all the entertainment on site as well as the sea front and arcades in walking distance. Will 100% keep staying in this caravan as it is our favourite place to go for a weekend away. Check in is easy too and there is parking outside the caravan. Highly recommend. Nothing, great place to stay

The caravan’s size and two toilets were a real plus, and the outdoor terrace was nice. The beds were good, so we slept well. Hygiene, however, was disappointing; the caravan wasn’t clean. I had to scrub the faucets, sinks, and other fixtures myself. A towel hung over the heater looked used, and in the bathroom a mop cart with a damp mop that smelled bad was present. When we entered the caravan it felt like someone had smoked inside, and cigarette butts were lying outside the door. The cabin definitely didn’t smell pleasant. At least the weather was fine, so we could keep the door open.

The caravan was clean and tidy, the wifi worked well, and having a second toilet was nice. It was located away from the club house in a quieter part of the park and spaced out nicely. The parking spot was right next to the caravan. Basic supplies like towels, washing up liquid, and cloths were already there, so getting everything you need for a few nights was easy. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking on the hob, but no baking trays. It was advertised as a 6‑sleeper with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was very small, just two thin foam pieces on a metal bar, which left a back pain. The sofa was big enough for a teenager to sleep on, so it was fine for a few nights. The club house access cost extra; a 3‑day pass for 4 kids and 2 adults was £69, which is okay if you use it every day for loads of entertainment for little kids, but not so much for teenagers. The oven is gas and doesn’t heat up well—it took over an hour to cook chips, and the grill kept turning itself off. Because there were no baking trays, I had to buy some. I wouldn’t try to cook unless it’s on the hob.
