The building is new and beautiful. The family running it is attentive, helpful and friendly, and the service is flawless. It’s close to both the main beach spots and the trekking trails.

“Una casa speciale nel cuore del Conero”

A renovated house with extraordinary care, where you immediately feel the attention paid to every detail. The three rooms were lovingly furnished with great taste by the owners, who chose each item personally, creating intimate, elegant, characterful spaces. Breakfast is balanced, very well prepared, and attentive. A special thanks to the owner, a person of rare kindness and great courtesy, always available and attentive to guests’ needs. We also greatly appreciated the free shuttle to the beaches, a truly valuable service. The location is perfect for exploring Conero, reaching the beaches, and moving comfortably between Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo. It’s one of those places you leave with a wish to return. If we come back to Conero, we’ll definitely stay here again. everything perfect.
