Comfortable Stay With Garden View Near Long Riding

“We didn’t even go in so didn’t stay”

Nothing to say positively. The black bin liners in the front garden were full and the area looked unkept, but we didn’t go inside because there was no parking.

“Great stay, would come again”

It was a quiet place and I slept well. The tea and coffee facilities were handy, and the breakfast was great; I even borrowed an iron and ironing board. The only downside was that the fridge in the room was small.

Nothing good. The bathroom was dirty, the bedroom had cobwebs and dust, and mould was everywhere around the patio doors.

Nothing about this property was good. Key box at night hard to find and dangerous under foot . Entrance hall smells of cooking odors and stale grease. Wet washing located out side the room door. Bedroom very small and smelt of stale smoke. Bed was very low to floor and was a large single with a double head board not attached and loosely prooped up against a scolding hot radiator which in turn caused the pillows and top end of the bed to heat up. It wasn't easy to move around the bed as was not enough space. The bathroom was seperated from the bedroom and was Cold, with muddy mats and floors and dirty toilet. We contacted the host and explained that we would not be staying as the room was not upto standard and obviously not fit for purpose. I asked for a refund to be processed and he fefused and then blocked me. All in all I has horrified and for it to be rated as 9.3 I was so disappointed as I fully trust accommodation that is advertised on booking .com

“an excellent day, very quiet night sleep”

The location is perfect for the town centre, and the facilities are brilliant. The property is clean, tidy, and easy to find.
