The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant’s location was wonderful. The gardens could be cared for a bit more.

“Perfect hotel with the best employees.”

The property is really nice; we only stayed one night before heading to the Komodo boat trip and were actually sad to leave. First, the employees are so nice and sweet. We forgot to arrange an airport transfer, so after calling the hotel at 10:00 am, while check‑in was starting at 14:00, they sent someone and we were picked up in 15 minutes – just incredible. After arriving we could relax at the pool and even had an early check‑in around noon. The location is really good if you don’t want to be in the busy part of Labuan Bajo. It’s directly on the beach and quiet. The room was really big, with good AC and very clean. The shower was huge. Food and breakfast were really good as well. Really good value for the money. Nothing negative.

Super nice place to relax after the boat trip. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the pool is great and the restaurant is good (also for drinks by the pool). The on‑site massage is definitely recommended. Also nice: the pick‑up/drop‑off service from the harbor to the airport. Price‑quality ratio is very good! Good breakfast. Everything was actually fine! Maybe some of the facilities on the premises near the pool (pool/shower/toilet/change‑room) could be better maintained. The room was top!

The staff was super friendly and attentive, and they responded quickly via WhatsApp. We stayed twice and on both occasions they helped a lot with our luggage, even letting us use the facilities while we waited for the room. The rooms are very spacious, with huge beds and bathrooms. We also liked the pool, the landscaped area, and the private beach access. Renting a motorbike directly from the hotel was very convenient and the price seemed good. The airport transfer service was also a plus. Some of the facilities feel a bit old and somewhat neglected, so we think they could be better maintained and more comfortable. The location isn’t especially central: it’s about 5 minutes by motorbike from the center of Labuan Bajo, but about 40 minutes on foot.
